Most San Diego parks reopened Tuesday, April 21, following closures due to COVID-19. Parking lots remain closed and only individual activities are allowed with all social distancing and face covering recommendations still in effect. Certain ocean/bayfront parks remain closed such as Fanuel Park, Crown Point Park, Palisades Park (Law St. beach), and most of Mission Bay Park including El Carmel and Santa Clara Points. Capehart Leash-Free Park remains closed, however, certain local parks in Pacific Beach are now open including Kate Sessions and PB Community Park. Full list of reopened parks.
